1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused and undamaged products within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Some products may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Perishable goods, such as food or drinks (if applicable)

These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once we review your request, we will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN), which must be included with your return.
  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

4. Return Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.

  • If approved, we will process your refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
  • If your return is rejected due to ineligibility (e.g., the item is used or damaged), we will notify you, and you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your expense.

5. Refund Policy

If your return is approved, you will be refunded for the purchase price of the returned item, excluding original shipping costs. Refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for the purchase. Please allow 30 days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Other Payment Methods: If you used another payment method (e.g., PayPal, debit card), the refund will be issued to the same account.

Please note that we do not refund the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@basketballabout.com with details and photos of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping for defective products. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account to ensure the refund is not pending.
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as refunds can take some time to be officially posted.
